Every Step, Same Eight Fields
A methodology you cannot hand to someone else is a methodology that only works when you are in the room. These are the operating documents behind AgentThrust, all to an identical structure — the prompt verbatim where there is one, the tools it runs on, the external references it is grounded in, what goes in, what comes out, the artifact or action it produces, exactly where a human is in the loop, and how it sits in the wider knowledge graph. Twenty-seven of them document the boxes on the Workflow Map, which is where the work actually happens; sixteen document the methodology's own steps, and eleven follow the worked engagement.

How to read a dossier. Each one opens with an anatomy diagram — the same shape every time, so once you have parsed one you have parsed all fifty-four. It reads left to right: INPUT feeds the PROMPT, which runs on the TOOL(S) beneath it and is grounded in the EXTERNAL REFERENCES above it; the flow then passes a HITL checkpoint — colour-coded by whether a human blocks, reviews, is merely notified, or is absent from the happy path entirely — before producing an OUTPUT and, from it, the step's PRODUCT: an artifact you can hold, or an action that changes the world. The eight fields then appear in full beneath the diagram. Not every box has a prompt, and that is the point — a human, a system or a deterministic gateway carries a dashed No prompt panel instead, stating plainly why. Reading down the map, the boxes that carry a prompt are exactly the boxes an agent owns.
